Once you have contacted me and given me the details of the project, the first thing I do is to analyse the different variables and send you a detailed quote, explaining what the cost of the work or works to be carried out will be. If both parties agree, the creation process begins.
The rates I handle are always orientative since the final price depends on several factors such as duration, diffusion, complexity, volume of work…
What you need to be clear about
In order to request a quotation and for it to be as accurate as possible to your needs, I will need you to be clear about the following concepts of the project:
- Purpose. What the voice is going to be used for (corporate video, advertising, audiobook, audio guide, elearning, dubbing…).
- Duration or length. It can be calculated in time (minutes) or in length of the text (words).
- Broadcasting. Where it will be broadcast. It may be broadcast on several channels (internal broadcasting, public broadcasting, radio, television, web, social media…).
- Scope of broadcast. If it is broadcast on radio or television (local, regional, national, international). If it is broadcast on the internet (web, social networks, youtube…).
With all these data, the budget is much more concrete and above all, more adjusted to the real work. That way the price will also be more in line with what you need as a client.
Once I have all this information, I will prepare the quote and send it to you as soon as possible, so that you can evaluate it and confirm whether or not it suits your needs. If the answer is positive, believe me I will be very happy and I will be willing to work hard, so that the result is ‘stunningly amazing’ .
