02 Remote Connection

I have found that the remote connection with the clients saves us time and possible extra costs derived from retakes or re-recordings, besides it is the client who validates the final result at the same moment of the recording.

How does it work?

The process is as simple as clicking on a link that I send you by email. The tracking can be done through any device connected to the internet (computer, tablet, phone). For this I use free utilities such as source connect now, zoom, google teams, skype… or if necessary other paid utilities such as source connect, session link, or riverside, among others. The use of one or the other will depend on the client’s needs (if they want to listen and also see what is being recorded or just listen).

In summary, the process would be as follows:

1. Decide if you want to do a remote session.
2. Choose if you want to listen only or listen and watch the process.
3. Receive the link by email and click on it (normally you don’t need to configure anything).
4. Once connected I will guide you through the process.
5. We discuss the details of the work (tone, rhythm, intention…).
6. Start of the recording.
7. Listening to the recording and corrections if necessary at the same time.
8. Retakes or re-recordings if necessary.
9. Acceptance of the final work by the client.
10. Secure sending through a personalised folder (via link), for downloading.

In case you don’t have the time to do it, don’t worry, the work process and quality will be the same, as I always make sure that the client is 100% satisfied. Until then, I don’t consider the work as finished.
